I’m not trying to teach you how to suck eggs, but I am amazed by the number of people who don’t know the basics of crib safety—and it is such an important aspect of the whole programme and in general life.

I can’t sleep in a room with a clock that clicks too loudly. There are many different sleeping patterns and what disturbs one baby may not distrb the next.
